We had sucha a fun Valentine's Day today! As you can see the kiddos made out with lots of treats. Mustaches were also in this season.
Can you tell which teacher's are in their mustache disguises? Hehe...
Thank you to all the friends and family who made it out to our Author's Tea today. The student's had been anxiously awaiting to share their dinosaur stories. I hope to post some of their work on the blog as well as some voice recordings of them reading their stories. In the mean time here is a photo of our classroom today.
One more thing... If any parents have a group photo of the kiddos from today I would LOVE a copy for our classroom :) I also like to have a small memory for myself.
On Friday February 1st, we ready a silly story about why the groundhog is the only animal who can predict when spring will come. It's called 'Who Will See Their Shadow This Year'. Then we made predictions if the groundhog will see it this year. Looks like most of predictions were right! According to Puxatawny Phil, he did not see his shadow this year. Yay Spring will be here sooner!!
